CMS Nav linkbar is gone while viewing an article
 

Upgrading succeeded last a few days ago but an issue occured on nav links on cms. Old articles show the links on cms navigation bar but the new ones don't show the links.
Nothing in there for this new article however the old one shows nav links.
There is no different posting option for the new articles and old ones.
How can I figure out this bug?
