CMS Links in CMS
 

How do I get the same links that are in the sub navbar like all the other pages or like what vb has at the top of this page. i.e.

New Post - Private Messages - FAQ - Calendar _ Community - Forum Actions - Quick Links

If there is a simple and quick way to do this I am all eyes. If you can tell me how to do one then I can figure out the rest. Anyone who can help I would deeply appreciate it.
