Admin CP Stop templates from autoscrolling when editing.
 

Haveing a problem, when writeing in template editor,
and scroll down to some point i need to edit or paste something into the editor
it continuely scroll up, everytime i hit a single character it scrolls one line up..

this is new to me, but i thought it would go away after a patch or 2,
had it since vb4 beta 4.

Only in vb4 im working on a few vb3 boards where i dont have this problem.
so it must be something in vb4 doing it.
