How do you achieve this in Vbulletin?
 

I noticed on a forum that there's another line of text than the usual user title for mods/admins.
Example:

Username
another line of text here (another user title I think, you can make it whatever you want)
Moderator (user title)

how do they do that?

Also, they have an icon appear next to the "report post" icon when you subcribe to their premium member subscription, and they have a drop down box in your CP that says "choose your favorite computer OS" and when you choose say Windows a small windows icon appears next to the "report post" icon.

How are they doing all of this?
