Forum Seperator lines and Underlining Text on forumhome

Cany anyone please help me? I really liked how the old vb 3 had lines that seperated the areas for 'Forum', 'Last Post', 'Threads', 'Posts'. I realize now we only have the Forums, threads/posts, and Last Post areas on forumhome, but i'd really like to make each one of these into their own seperated boxes again if possible. Please look at the image i provided to show what i'm talking about.


And on the same note, I also liked how the links on Forumhome used to be underlined in vb 3. I'm talking about like (from the image) the 'News and Announcements' and the title of the post in the 'Last Post' area. I'm sure this is probably simple, but could someone help me here? Please?
