User Registration Let guests reply* but take them trough registration first.
 

If a guest posts a reply* the user should get a message that the reply will be posted after registration and is taken to the registration page. Once registration is completed* the reply is posted and the user is taken to the post.

This would boost registrations more than a bit. Plus it would be much more friendly than blocking guests with a no permissions page.
