Usergroups promotion/demotion methods
 

One major difficulty with vbulletin has been the limited promotion system. We use promotions to reward our community members for their loyalty and participation. Those who are infracted should be penalised. Right now there is no way apart from hacking the vbulletin promotion coding to take infractions into account.

Less important but nice to have would be to include factors like use of the reputation system* and tap into rating systems.
