Excessive Account Executions
 

I run vBulletin v3.8.4 and am hosted on Siteground.
I also run CMPS v3.2.0 as front end.

I seem to recently have problems with Excessive Account Executions.
I have a small site of 2400 members* no large daily traffic.

I run a robots.txt file which limits bots to the index.php file

Now Siteground is telling me that CMPS is executing too many accesses to the AJAX.PHP file
This of course can be solved by a dedicated server @ $100USD /month!

I have now disabled AJAX features to keep Siteground off my case and am looking into running a home based server.

Anyone else have hosting issues due to the AJAX file?

Is this some sort of marketing scam to move people to dedicated servers?
