Multiquote not working even in default style
 

I have installed the 3.8.3 version with a lot of add-ons, and i released that multiquote is not working.

When you click on the multoquite button it change to red but when you reply, no messages are quoted.

I created a news style with no parents and the problem is there.

I disabled all my plugins and the problem still there.

I uploaded the files of vbulletin again with no sucess.

I did a research and tried all the given possible solutions but nothing works.

I'm running an apache 2 server wuth php 5.8 and suhosin.

My plugins are:

AME - The Automatic Media Embeder
Cyb - Check If Already Posted
Cyb - Sub-Forum Manager
Extended reputation display
Fake Users
Live Topic
Members who have Posted
MGC chatbox Evo
Post Thank You Hack
Quick Auto Image-Resize (Posts & Signature)
