Posts being automatically added for Moderation? Why?
 

Dear Members and Staff..

I am running a vB3.8 and never had any problems befor! But in the past couple of months some of our POSTS and THREADS are being added to the Moderation queue, even without changing any of the forum permissions or users permission! I have done a lot to fix it! I reset all Forum Permissions and all those user that had the problem. But now other users posts and threads are being added for moderation and they are not new members, but our long time users... It keeps doing it everywhere and i different forums & locations, and with different members....

What could be the problem and why is it happening suddenly?
