Forum Will the users be able to post and display their thread if I release their first thread in moderati
 

Will the users be able to post and display their thread if I release their first thread in moderation?
Now I set the forum permission to "moderate threads".
So every post will not be exposed unless I approve it.
Here is my question..

1) Will existing members who already posted threads in the forum be able to get their new post displayed even after I set the forum permission to "moderate threads?"
2) Once I approve his or her thread, will he or she be able to post without any restrictions next time when they post?
