Regime forces drag body of deceased 20 meters away from the crime scene
Eyewitnesses: Regime forces waylaid for protesters, and shot Neama from only 3 meters

Details of martyring the child Ali Hussain Neama (17 year-old) who was cold-bloodedly killed by the regime forces on Friday 28th, revealed the forces’ premeditation to seriously injure the protesters. They fired at him from 3 meters at most while he was trying to run away from their direct shots. They perpetrated this crime while repressing a peaceful pro-democracy rally in the martyr's hometown.
Eyewitnesses said that the forces brutally repressed a peaceful protest that day. “They waylaid for protesters by hiding between alleys inside Saddad area. When they saw Ali, they immediately fired at him from close range. He instantly fell on the ground. One policeman trampled his chest for a while, then he was dragged 20 meters on the street away from the crime scene”.
The details of targeting and killing the martyr uncover the regime forces’ intention to premeditatedly kill. After he was shot dead, and instead of taking him to medical treatment, the regime forces cruelly tortured him. After they had finished the crime, an ambulance was called for nothing but just for formal procedures to be completed.
Yesterday, autopsy found many malformations on his body as a result of dragging him, as well as the effects and bruises throughout his body.
Eyewitnesses described in their testimonies the details of the crime as perpetrated by the regime forces. “During our peaceful pro-democracy protest, five police patrols suddenly attacked us from Malkiya roundabout. They were crazily driving towards us. We immediately withdrew to avoid run-overs or arrests”.
“As usual, after hiding, we check if the area is clear or not. If yes, we re-gather and complete our peaceful protest. We saw that police patrols left and headed to the military point near al-Safriya palace, close to Saddad roundabout”, eyewitnesses said.
“We went towards the roundabout in a group, with one of us in front. Someone had to go through the narrow alley close to the roundabout to make sure the area is clear. What we didn’t know is that there were three policemen hiding near the cold-store located at the corner of the building in that same alley leading to the street”.
They added, “The martyr, Ali, went into this alley, which was almost 8 meters long, in order to confirm the area is clear. He had nothing in his hands, but the policeman was waiting for him at the end of the alley. The martyr was surprised by the killer pointing his gun at him in a standby mode. There was no choice for the martyr but to run. But, the birdshot pellets riddled his body before he could run for his life. He was shot from 3 meters at most. Instantly, he fall onto the ground. The policeman came directly and inhumanely trampled his chest”.
“It was around 11:10 pm. We tried to get closer to the martyr to free him. But the excessive use of teargas forced us back”.
Eyewitnesses added “After 10 minutes, the regime forces dragged his body away from the crime scene. They dragged him 20 meters away to the main street, near an electronics shop. The SMC ambulance came at around 12:20 after midnight. After approximately one hour and ten minutes since he had been shot”.
