I want to change the color of the legend text, which is the text that says things like "Private Messaging", "Visitor Messaging", "Thread Display Mode", "Start of the Week",etc. on the profile.php?do=editoptions page. However, a thorough search of stylevars and CSS have turned up nothing. ![]() My first step was to use Firebug to sniff it out, with this result: Code: body, legend { font-family:Tahoma,Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif; } legend { color:#000000; } Then I checked the HMTL source to confirm and/or find any further clues, and found this: HTML Code: Private Messaging So I did a template search for legend { and found this in vbulletin.css: Code: body, legend { font-family:{vb:stylevar font.fontFamily}; } That's the only place in that template where legend occurs in any form, and it certainly matches with the Firebug result for font-family, but there is no color declared, which is weird because I expected the legend {color:#000000;} statement in the Firebug result to match up with something. But no, it wasn't in that template. So I did a search for legend (no curly bracket), to find all references to it in any of the templates, and found a number of them, and the only one that seems to have any relation at all to what I need is this one in vbulletin-formcontrols.css: Code: .formcontrols fieldset.blockrow legend { margin:0; } Again, no color declared. ![]() ![]() So where does this come from???? [code] legend { color:#000000; } [code] How do I find it? How do I change the color of the Legend? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__ |
