Russian character problem
 

I am adding russian language to my forum.

However, when i create a forum called lets say "Русскоязычный форум" and hit ok, it shows as "Русскоязычный ф&" on the main page.

when i go back to admin panel, i see that "Русскоязычный форум" changes to ""Русскоязычный ф&" by itself..

What do you think would be causing it?

My forum is set to utf-8
