User can login, but get's auto-booted
 

I have a user who described an issue as below:

I signed in okay today - thanks for the notification. Was able to POST a reply.
" I have original VPR MATRIX restore CDs..."
But THEN I got the SAME - previously mentioned POPPED OUT problem.

""You are NOT signed in..." You have used up your (inaccurate) sign ins.
Only signed in the ONE TIME, got popped out after 1 reply (so User / PW correct)
Can't make a 2nd Reply (to earlier post) and can not get to private mail.


Has anyone heard of this happening? Any ideas for this user to try?
