Can I take member info off the homepage?
 

I installed a sidebar that I really like and it displays the user info with a cool avatar section but I have it limited to he homepage only.

My problem is that if I remove the member info in the navbar it also takes it out sitewide, and it also doesn't show the forum home and thread links.

So,

I am trying to figure out a way to just eliminate the login and member and forum thread links on the homepage only and leave the rest for when you go in the the threads. Well I guess it doesn't display the forum and thread links on the homepage but if I take that section out of the navbar than it also takes it out sitewide.

Is there a way or code goodie to do something like that?
