Apparently, apache dying problem has come back again today after few weeks of rest along with mysql going away errors. :(

Anyway, here goes (little bit more info than last thread):

1. Dedicated box but other websites also exist on it

2. Server Specs:

CPU: Dual Processor Quad Core Xeon 5430 - 2.66GHz (Harpertown) - 2 x 12MB cache
Memory: 8 GB RAM

Hard Drives:
1x 74 GB Raptor 10k Hard drive
3x 150 GB Raptor 10k in RAID 05
Linux: CENTOS Enterprise 5.2 i686 on Standard
Apache 2.0.63
PHP 5.2.9
MySQL 5.0.45-community

3. What version of vB are you running?
recently upgraded to latest version but some sites exist with 3.7.4
