Sorry if the answers for this is somewhere else.

1. Is it possible to easily give members their own private forum that they can handle user group membership of. I dont mind setting up the forum permissions and user group but managing the addition of users to the user group on their behalf is a bit time consuming.

2. Can moderators be assigned to manage a user group ?
