problem when i do code Validation on my form!!

I am not sure what is the problem but i have the original style installed and i have disabled all the hooks but when i do a code validation on my forum 5 errors!! However, when i do validation my vbulletin.com/forum i get no errors!!

so i am not sure what could be the problem??? infact, i have enabled only 2 hooks here are they
