Display of smilies
 

Setting the display order to 0 should hide the smiley category from being shown in the smiley menu.

The way it is now, all smileys are shown no matter what season and so on. I don't want dial up users having to wait in order for all of the smilies to load.

Is there even a manual way that I can go in and setup an "if" statement?

The only way not to show them is if I delete the entire category. Then, I have to manually relist them again when I want them visible.
