Certain people cant see images
 

Certain people on my forum cant see my banner, I can see it, and so can some others, one of my admins cant however.

I am replacing "Title Image" with my banner (ex. www.myforum.com/forum/images/misc/logo.jpg)

Most of the people are getting a Red X where the image is supposed to be, But like I said, I can see it fine.

But if I click the "Revert" the stock vbulletin image appears, and everyone can see that, the minute I change the image path, the problem occurs.

Any ideas?
