Requesting help/suggestion.
 

Hey guys.

Sorry to bother everyone but I'm new to PHPWebsite and was hoping maybe someone would be able to help me.

I'm trying to create two things, I would like a public comment page where everyone is able to post a comment and I would also like a private comment section where the comments are sent to only users with admin privileges.

Could someone maybe recommend a solution or module or anything really that would come even close to what I would like.
