RSS feeds not updating
 
HI

I have enabled RSS feeds to my forum when ever i start a new thread
it was showing in RSS feeds ex:forums/external.php
but now when ever i start a new thread in the forum it is not updating in
RSS feeds ,please let me know what is the issue
