Website transfer - Can't login in old installation's admincp.

We've transferred our vBulletin Version 3.6.8 website to a new website host provider, leaving the old installation as a temporary test bed for it's upgrade to vBulletin Version 3.8.2. Once we've successfully upgraded that installation, it will be deleted, and what we learned from overcoming any problems involved with that upgrade will be used to perform the upgrade of our new installation. We don't believe that this violates our vBulletin license. If it does, we do have second, unused license available for our use.

The domain name used with the old installation, is now associated with the new installation, and another domain name is now associated with the old installation.

Now we can't access the old installation's Adminstrator Control Panel. All attempts to do so result in the display of the login screen for the new installation's Administrator Control Panel. We need to change the vBulletin settings of the old installation to use it's new domain name, rather than it's old domain name.

How can we gain access to the old installation's AdminCP in order to change the domain name and filepaths settings to use the new domain name? Is there a configuration file that needs to be edited to change the domain name and filepaths which would then allow access to the old installation's AdminCP?

There are no problems with the new installation.

With the old installation, the following activities result in the display of the login screen for the new installation's AdminCP.

1. Open the webpage http://www.OldInstallation-NewDomain...ncp/index.php2

2. Enter username and password, and select "Login"

3. The webpage http://www.NewInstallationOldDomainN...incp/index.php is displayed, providing login to the new installation's AdminCP.

There is obviously a redirect of some kind being utilized which is what needs to be changed, but we can't figure out what exactly needs to be changed.

Thank you. Any helpful information leading to a remedy of this problem will be appreciated.
