A $US63 million ($A61.93 million) provision $US45 million ($A44.23 million) settlement of a lawsuit involving bribery allegations in Bahrain also affected the bottom line. Alumina's shares dropped 6.62 per cent or five cents to 70.5 cents on Tuesday.
