My banner just won't center
 

I just upgraded my site from 3.6.12 to 3.8.1 and performed a revert of my header.

And now, it appears that I am not able to put my banner in the center. I have search through the forum and applied the methods metioned but they doesn't seem to work.

Wonder what have I done wrong or missed out?
