advise on backing up forum?
 

Just got VB 2 weeks ago, and just finished tweeking my forum, almost ready to open. I wanted to make an entire copy of the forum on to my desktop, and also make a backup on the server.

Can I just copy the entire "forum" folder and download it to my desktop.
And can I do the same on the server, just copy the main folder and rename it "backup_forum"? Or is there a lot more to it than this? :o
