Best wat to backup and restore
 

Hi,

I want to fully backup my forum. It has been hacked before (phpBB) and I lost a lot of important things..

I switched to vBulletin almost mainly for the security reason.

Now I want to know how can I fully backup the forum in the right way (I'm not so good in these things) and how can I fully restore it when, god forbid, it gets hacked and I have to re-install the whole thing form scratch..
