One Specific User Cannot See a forum despite having all the correct permissions
 

If this sounds difficult to explain, the user in question is a moderator at my forum, and I'm using a trash can forum for deleted topics. However, the user cannot see this, despite the settings under the sole usergroup they belong to being set as:

Can View Forum- Yes
Can View Thread Content- Yes
Can View Others' Threads- Yes

I've tried quite a bit here. I've tried removing them from all other usergroups, yet apparently they still cannot see the forum. I've tried changing permissions, no luck. I'll try user access masks, but I don't think that's going to help either for some reason. Any advice?

Edit: Never mind, fixed. For some reason, the software had set a specific access mask for that user for no apparent reason. I just set it to yes.
