Editor problem
 

Ok, this problem:

Started showing up after I had tinkered around with the color scheme a little bit. I tried changing the colors back like they were but this problem won't seem to go away.

Anyone with a more in depth understanding of what's happening here mind giving me instructions on how to fix this so it shows up properly?
