How to insert space between categories?
 

I would like to insert some space in between (1) the bottom of one category of forums and (2) the category strip at the head of the next set of forums.

This is done at the Music-Web forum. There is space at the bottom of the first set of forums and the "General" category strip. There is another space at the bottom of that set of forums and the "Showcase Your Compositions" category strip.

Hope that makes sense.
