Backup Methods
 

I'd like to get advice on a good backup solution for my forum.

I'm running Windows Server 2008, MySQL 5.X, PHP 5.2, and Vbulletin 3.8.1

Ideally, I'd like to find something that will obviously backup my websites/database with a fast recovery method.

Suggestions?
