Can't set up RSS feeds
 

I've never used RSS feed on vB before so thought I'd try set some up, but of course it doesn't work.

Warning: Unable to fetch RSS Feed in [path]/includes/class_rss_poster.php on line 231

I don't know where to begin looking for the problem so any suggestions would be great, thanks.
