URLs not clickable
 

Hi,
On another board I visit I noticed that when I post a link (url address) the link is not clickable. In order to go to the url you need to copy and paste it into your browser address area in order to go to the link. BB code is on, but links still appear like this.

BB code is On
Smilies are On
[IMG] code is Off
HTML code is Off

What needs to be changed in order to get the url links to work?
