need help in sloving forum access problem
 

I can not seem to get the permissions settings right.
What is happening is people are logging in and adding ads to the forums.
i wish for only people who are interested in the forums to have access to them.
Does someone know what settings i need to set in order to stop people from adding excessive ads.
