Email notifications not sent
 

I've searched through the posts about this and tested some of the resolutions like enabling -f and turning off mailqueue but still can't get a consistant result. Here's the issue.

New registration emails and reply notifications rarely work, very sporatic results. Basically any system generated email messages do not get sent. I will get some at times, but not all that are sent.

If I go into diagnostics and send myself a test email it will usually not arrive, but sometimes it does and it seems random.

I have a test php file in the same directory as my forum and can run it and it works 100% of the time. Even when the vB test fails this works. It looks like this:




The site isn't heavily loaded so I don't think that's the issue. Any ideas?
