thread seems closed/locked but isn't !
 

Some threads,
with many answers,
appear with the image of the lock, i.e.

the image that shows when a thread is closed - not possible for users to reply on.

BUT these threads, arent closed - and the members can continue posting in them.

why does this image appear,
and how can I remove this "accidental" feature?




(the threads havent been closed by anyone, or other mod)
