Members cant see grey message box?
 

The grey box which I do see on my forum and here (where you can make type bold etc, change fonts, add links etc)


How can I let registered users use this feature?


Also while i'm here, I noticed I have view threads in decending for last 45 days but there not in order at all. Have threads up top from 4 months ago then they kinda kick in - in order but there really scattered. Is this fixable?
