Problems with addons installation

I can't install/uninstall any addons correctly anymore? When i try to install/uninstall it always stucks where it says templates get edited or

Importing Add-on, please wait...

The addon then show up but does not work (sometimes it doesn't show up either)? Any clue how to fix that problem?
