upgrade errors with missing functions_postrank.php
 

We just upgraded to the newest version. We have upgraded many times before but for some reason this time we are getting an error (shown below):

It says that includes/functions_postrank.php is missing, and it is, BUT it was never included in the download from this site.

How should we proceed?
