My site is using a very high amount of compute cycles
 

I was told my cousin who is very knowledgeable when it comes to coding sites and other website topics. He is saying my site is using a very high amount of compute cycles and he is saying I shouldnt be that high and is stumped on why its that high.

Any help on why its so high? He thinks it may be soemthing in vbulletin causing this or something happened with initial install. Any ideas? or things to check as to why this is so high?
