Login troubles
 

One of my members cannot log out. He clicks on the log out button, even deletes all of his cookies manually, but it always automatically logs him back in.
Another one of my members can't log in. Again, it isn't browser based-she's tried it with two or three different browsers and cleared cookies/cache/etc... nothing. So what could be the cause of my woes here? These issues keep happening to random members.
