Problems after upgrade to 3.8.2
 

I've just upgraded from 3.8.1 to 3.8.2


I have two apparent issues;

• When logged in the entire footer is missing, along with the AdminCP links, etc. (the footer is visible when not logged in).
• Some of the menu bar dropdowns don't work (this seems random and it's not always the same ones).

I've spent hours searching the forums here, and trying suggested remedies for each of these separate issues, without success.

Looking at the templates for the 'footer', and 'FORUMDISPLAY', the code appears unaltered.

I have just re-uploaded and re-run the upgrade, with no effect.

Where should I be looking for these faults?
