Newbie Question
 

I am having problems installing vB. I am currently editing the Config file. I keep getting this:
A file permissions error has occurred. Please check the permissions on the script and the directory it is in and try again.

On the manual it says: $config['Database']['dbname'] Now is this the MySQL database name?

$config['MasterServer']['username'] Is this also to the MySQL or something else?

I know this sounds nooby but I could use the help.
