Styles Static page view for guests.
 

A lot of forum traffic is in the form of guests; especially the times when you get a /. effect on your board.

My idea is that you save a static copy of every page as rendered for a guest using the default skin etc in a cache directory as static html.

Based on certain configurable conditions; such as server load, number of online users/guests or even just time of day guests can be shown only the static content. There should also be other settings that determine how long to cache content for and how often it should be regenerated.

This may even be used by some forums as a method to encourage guests to register; a simple note on each page saying that they are viewing day old cached data and to view the latest responses they need to register would be highly helpful.
