Admin log in troubleshooting
 

Hello,

I log out of my admin account, and now am unable to log back in.

The message reads "You have entered an invalid username or password. Please press the back button, enter the correct details and try again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!

You have used 6 out of 5 login attempts. After all 5 have been used, you will be unable to login for 15 minutes."

When I attempt to try to get my password (which I forgot, but is saved on the internet) is says "You have not entered an email address that we recognize. Please try again or contact the administrator."

Please advice on what is wrong...or what to do?
