How To Tell People To Check their Spam Mailbox During Registration
 

It seems that registration emails from my forum are going to spam in gmail.

1. How do I put a notice on the registration page to have people check their spam folder for the registration?

2. Also, do you guys also remind them to "allow" messages from the board in the same sentence (or is that rude -- but I figure many people would check in the spam folder but then forget to mark emails from my board as not spam).
