Registration Fatal Error (Pls Help!)
 

hi again guys...someone maybe can help me on this please...everytime people register to my site...their getting this error...which confuse them always that they didn't go through the registration.....but it is...so they try to register again and say...they're username or email has been already used by someone...it looks crazy...

please i need a solution on this as much as possible....
