Replacing the IMG bb Code
 

I need to be able to include the alt text with images that use the [img][/img] tag pair. It seems to me that just allowing the option to be the alt text would be sufficient.

If I create a new IMG tag in the custom bb Codes, will it just replace the current one or do I need to hack somewhere?

I am also wondering about the "rule" about the option radio button in the custom bb code dialog. It seems to me that leaving the option "off" just prevents the option window from opening when a button is assigned to the bb code. If the option is supplied manually, it seems to still work.

What I would like is the IMG tag to work like it currently does and not request an option value, but to use an option value if one is supplied manually by editing the opening tag.

I really think the built in IMG bb code should work that way since images without alt text make non-compliant web pages.
