السلام عليكم

ارجو المساعده بخصوص هذه المشكله apple id security question problem

حيث تم ايقاف حسابي من apple support لمدة 9 ساعات ولما حاولت مره اخرى
طلب مني نفس security questions اللي انا اصلا ناسي اجوبتها.

علما انه حسابي على US Apple store

وجربت الطريقه هذه بس نفس المشكله

تسوي انك فقدت رقمك السري تدخل على هالصفحة وتسوي استعادة عن طريق رسالة على ايميلك

وأول ما تغير الرقم السري تدخل على هالصفحة وتضغط على Manage your account

تسجل الدخول يجيك صفحة فيها معلومات عن apple id حقك للتعديل عليها

في اليسار في قائمة اختر منها Password and Security وغير السؤال السري والاجابة وسوي Save

بعد ما تنتهي سجل خروجك من الاب ستور ثم سجل دخولك ومبروك عليك
